Well, here I am. I think I am evolving! There is so much I want to say, just don't know where to start!
My kids have 2 days left of school. They have 2 weeks left of activities. I don't know what we are going to be doing this summer. We bought a boat last summer and with gas prices going up, we don't know how much we will get to enjoy it this year. What a bummer about gas prices! I always said that I wasn't going to let the gas prices effect what I am going to do and where I am going to do it at. Who knew it would be almost $4 a gallon??? They say it will be $5 this time next summer! I have a budget and I hate to budget more for gas than for food. Oh wait a minute....I need to budget more for food because of the price of living going up...because of gas costs....ugh!!!! Anybody want to buy a boat????

Good luck selling the boat...we could throw in an extra-long, extended cab 4-wheel drive truck to pull it with. Sigh...we can't afford to fill it up, yet who would buy it??? :)

We have a small truck that my husband had bought after we bought the boat. I call it an old farm beater truck. Now he is selling it so he can buy a 1990 something blazer. Talk about a gas hog. Oh well! Gas just went to $4/gallon last night here. I was excited when it was $3.82 Tuesday and I filled my tank up! I spent $80 on my venture van and will probably use it all up this weekend going to birthday parties and graduation parties! Oh well, I guess that is life!!! ugh!

I know, to fill my van up now costs what it used to cost to fill the truck up. Speaking of which, better fill up today because I'm sure it'll go up more for the holiday weekend.
